By accessing and using the services of ZMS United Group HVAC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ZMS United Group HVAC provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services including:

  • Installation of HVAC systems
  • Repair and maintenance services
  • Emergency HVAC services
  • Consultation and assessment

3. Service Appointments

Service appointments are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change. We provide estimates before beginning work. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

5. Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of service. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.

6. Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the property and HVAC system
  • Ensuring safe access to work areas
  • Securing pets during service visits
  • Maintaining systems according to manufacturer recommendations

8. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 and may be subject to additional fees. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly to emergency calls.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to New York State law.
